Kath Woods

Kath has been practising meditation and yoga since 1970 and teaching groups and one-to-one for 25 years.

Accredited by Breathworks in 2015 to teach their Mindfulness for Stress and Mindfulness for Health courses, Kath is registered on the UK Mindfulness Network and Mental Health Foundation listing of mindfulness teachers and abides by the UK Good Practice Guidelines.

She offers mindfulness courses, drop-in classes, introductory sessions and one-to-one coaching in and around Axminster, Honiton and Seaton in East Devon.
